Paul was born in Cleveland, Ohio during the baby boom of the 50's. He earned his first bass at the age of 15, working at a Chinese restaurant in Cleveland Heights. He went on to play in various bands in the Cleveland area during the 70's, and appeared on the 1980 album, St. Elmo's Fire, Live at the Cleveland Agora. Paul has continued to live, breathe, write and record music in both Chicago, Illinois and Raleigh, North Carolina since 1982. He produces recordings under the name of Sprawling Productions Ltd.; is currently a member of P3, and performing regularly in the Triangle area.
